Job Description for the profile is as follows:- ESSENTIAL - Friendly & presentable personality with proven ability of building strong client relationships. - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Attention to detail - Ability to achieve & exceed set targets. DESIRABLE - Min.2 yrs of experience in real estate industry - Vehicle along with Driving License is must. - Exp. In local property market - Knowledge of effective marketing strategies. - Vehicle along with Driving License is must. QUALIFICATION Min. High school Diploma or degree is must. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS - Would be responsible for Real Estate sales in South Delhi. - Assisting clients for sale of Residential & Commercial Projects. - Visiting the prospects and converting them in to buyers. - Achieve the targeted revenue & profitability as set in the budget. - Responsible for acquiring business and achieving sales targets. - Maintain regular follow ups with client. - Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
