Seeking Expense Supervisor -Manage all matters relating to the Finance Shared Services expenses department including staff -Ensure that the company policies and procedures are maintained when paying accounts -Check completeness and accuracy of payments and creditors reconciliations -Manage debit balances on vendor accounts -Investigate and follow up on queries -Facilitate training of staff -Act as a support function to the national Expense Manager Minimum Requirements -3-5 years proven supervisory experience in and expense work environment -Tertiary qualifications would be advantageous -SAP knowledge accounts payable module -Computer literacy and experience in MS OFFICE: word, excel and email Please supply position is subject line Please email CV to [email protected]
