Seeking help from local residents that have been affected by the known drug house located on Kitchener Street. I have been living next to this residence for the past 10 years and have had to deal with: noxious fumes from the burning of hazardous materials, noise disturbance from the running of gas generators all throughout the nights for the past 2 years, contamination of my front boulevard and backyard space due to the improper storage of gasses oils and other hazardous materials, disallowing my kids to play outside due to loud fights breaking out, police showing up at my residence due to vehicles parked out back of my residence with stolen materials, and even the death of a man in the back alley. I have sought out assistance in the past, but not pursued anything due to fear of the neighbor finding out and becoming more of a nuisance or possibly a threat, but I am done sitting back. I am asking that anybody affected by this join me and others to attend the Mayors open door on Thursday evenings to approach this matter and request that something be done. This is only a small step, and possibly the first in many that will need to be taken in order to get some resolve, which is why I am requesting the assistance of those who are willing to help. Thank you.
