Seemed like an appropriate time to re-share this post. I read one of the dumbest things Ive seen to-date today if you want to lose weight eat less, train more. Hmmm not really the way to do things. OK, lets put the body in a calorie deficit and train harder... If you do this let me know how it feels when that big rebound hits you, because it will. Eat more, train more makes a tad more sense. Consistency is the way lasting results come along. And I dont mean consistency in starving yourself. Educate yourself on what it means to eat properly, it isnt as simple as good food bad food. You could eat 100 good foods a day and still be totally carb depleted. If i eat just spinach all day long, that doesnt mean I have a balanced diet... But its a good food, the good food bad food theory isnt plausible. Macro nutrition if not a diet like some people keep referring to is as. It isnt to be compared to Atkins, or south beach or anything that restricts. Its flex eating, its non-restrictive and its person specific!
