Seems my property manager wants to do a property inspection and do repairs 5 days before the auction? The property is on the market Open House - but I have not given permission for my flat to be opened. So my suspicion is that a prospective buyer wants the inspection. Last weekend a buyer pointed out to me that the front wall on the flat next door has white-ant thru it - and they have been seen in other parts of the building. As that my landlord has not done any repairs in the time I have lived here and that we are now on realeastate company #6 - I doubt their is a repair request trail ( I actually gave up) - theyll try putting the yassy damage as mine and Ill theyll fight to keep my bond.
