Seems so far away since Soulgigs first booked Kindred the family Soul back in 2010. They are part of the reason why I got started because I wanted to see my favourite artists more regular. There you have it. No master plan. Music fan wants to see good soul music without having to fly to US. Never imagined 5 years later I would still be at it. Were about to do it again but this time with new music from the stunning album A Couple of Friends. I hope they get that Grammy nomination this year although with them having their own Sam Smith moment with Macklemore winning ahead of Kendricks stunning offer recently, we can only hope.
