Seena Legal Consultancy has an opportunity for Junior Legal Advisors. No experience is required, however, a passion for labour law is essential. The applicant must have an applicable four-year law degree; Namibian citizenship; be in possession of a valid driver’s licence; own a reliable vehicle; and his/her own cell phone. All applicants must be fully bilingual. The incumbent will be responsible for the drafting of employment agreements for employers, chairing disciplinary hearings, incapacity inquiries, poor work performance inquiries and making recommendations to employers with regard to sanctions. The legal advisor will further be responsible for advising clients on all labour aspects, union related matters, affirmative action, etcetera.
