Seeson 9 is now underway and we have our first STATurday of the skeeson. For those of you new to the league the stats are usually updated Saturday morning. All depending on how rough the bars treat me on Friday night that is. This is where you will hear about some of the highlights from last week, along with the Rollers Digest covers that come out later. We had 2 rookie rollers knock out 40 streaks in their first matches ever. Kim on the Brewskees (wed.) and Shiela on the Martina NavratilovSkees (thurs.) both earned a pin in the first match they ever played. Not very many people can say that did that coming into the league. Some of the vets picked up right where they left off from last skeeson. Pat (436) Nick (413) and Shed (411) all cracked 400 week 1. However fellow vets John Polishchoke (274) Trott (269) and Lefty (299) couldnt even make it over the 300 mark. In other fun news Single White Skeemales lead by vet Danielle were not very welcoming to the 3 rookies of Schwety Balls (early team name favorite) beating them by 2 points.
