Selamat sore dari Equity Retail Mandiri Sekuritas, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) melesat pasca ditundanya pengurangan stimulus AS. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG ditutup menguat +4,65% ke posisi 4.670, setelah bergerak di kisaran 4.791—4.576. Sebanyak 255 saham naik, 56 turun, 63 tak bergerak dan 146 tak ditransaksikan. Transaksi yang dibukukan hari ini sebesar Rp12,29 triliun, terdiri dari transaksi di pasar reguler Rp11,14 triliun dan pasar negosiasi Rp1,15 triliun. Investor asing membukukan total beli bersih (nett buy) Rp1,05 triliun. Sementara di pasar regular, investor asing mencatatkan nett buy Rp1,18 triliun. Semua sektor saham menguat, dipimpin oleh sektor propert (9,18%) dan sektor keuangan (+6,31%). Dari sektor properti, saham yang paling menguat adalah PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI, Rp2.200, BUY, TP Rp4.200) yang naik +17,66% dan PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI, Rp680, BUY, TP Rp1.290) yang menguat +17,24%. Dari sektor keuangan, saham yang paling menguat adalah saham PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN, Rp1.100, BUY, TP Rp1.400) yang terapresiasi +11,11% dan PT BPD Jabar & Banten Tbk (BJBR, Rp970, NEUTRAL, TP Rp1.150) yang menguat +10.23%. Di sisi lain, pasar saham Asia mayoritas menguat, yang ditunjukkan oleh indeks saham Nikkei 225 di Jepang (+1,80%) dan Hang Seng di Hong Kong (+1,67%) yang membukukan kenaikan. Pasar saham Eropa yang baru dibuka siang tadi juga membukukan kenaikan. Hal itu ditunjukkan oleh indeks DAX di Jerman (+1,21%), CAC di Perancis (+1,13%) serta FTSE di Inggris (+1,43%) yang naik.
