Self Empowerment spell: Items needed: -White Candle - Mirror This spell works very well when it follows a cleansing of yourself, either magickally or physically. Just visualize all negative energy being washed away. First, meditate on your intentions. Why do you need to empower yourself? Do you need to realize the strength you have lying dormant inside? Do you want someone else to realize the strength you have? Do you need to realize your beauty? Do you need someone else to realize the beauty within you? Place the mirror in front of you, facing you. Then, place the candle between you and the mirror. Light the candle and once you feel its energy surrounding you, chant: "A mask hide the beauty within me, Let that mask be removed, So all may see what is hidden. A barrier blocks the strength within me, Let that barrier crumble to pieces, So my strength may be set free." Of course if you need something else, you may add it into the chant.
