Self High Five my man. This is an older video but it is absolutely inspiring and amazing. The guy uses DDP Yoga, which if you dont what DDP know stands for, Diamond Dallas Paige Yoga. DDP is a former WCW/WWE wrestler who now helps retired wrestlers and people who have suffered severe injuries get their life back through his Yoga and life programs. He is an inspiration to me in so many ways. Sometimes the only thing you need to do to help another person is just believe in them when no one else does. I love this video.
