Self Medication. Self medication is not meditation nor is self conversation a higher consultation. I was having a conversation with depression. which made me wonder is there a perscription for self motivation. my mind was so louder preachin within but no action. so no! I was not practicing see, depression is disconnection from which is self disatisfation. depression said how could it be that God has your back? but took dad right infront of you? no depression he step in. God told me my self medication is found in the bible per script in and that was the perscription. so I learned to start confess in so when depression came in I was fat up and depression was like that swept Me but I never blend in because I was fed up. self medication is not good until God perscribes per script in.
