Self accountability is NOT an easy pill to swallow and I dont care what anyone says. Youll find yourself having to take responsibility for things that you didnt even know were your fault in the first place. Self accountability calls for self analysis, self reflection and acceptance. At some point, we have to be able to see whether or not our actions that brought about certain reactions in others. Of course, how accountable you should be varies from case to case but hopefully, you get the gist of what Im saying.
