Selling My 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom 1997 Pioneer Mobile Home Located In Lake Charles, La. Its an AS IS - WHERE IS sale and needs to be moved out the trailer park within 1 month. The landlord isnt a nice person and I dont recommend this trailer park to anyone. Has central AC and Heat, Ive painted the master bedroom, the extra bedroom and the bathroom. I also started to paint the hallway but just Kiltz It White (with a 5 gallon bucket to finish it). Has oven and stove, fridge, mircowave, leather couch and recliner. Ive changed all the skrting that was messed up, and 1 year old stain master carpet in the living room. Nothing wrong with the trailer, in good shape. Asking 10,000 obo! Need Gone ASAP!
