Selling an 86 Camaro that has been a project I started four years - TopicsExpress

Selling an 86 Camaro that has been a project I started four years ago. I purchased it as a partial roller, and has since then been 95% completed. Was built to either play in streets or go to the strip. It is still street legal with all working lights and glass, but no heating or air conditioning. The car does have a previous salvage title for the state of Nebraska. I am unsure if it was damage, theft, flood, etc. I am unsure of the original miles. Odometer shows 86000. Has a straight white body in pretty decent shape. The paint isnt faded, but isnt show quality either. I pulled the original rearend and replaced it with a 9 Ford Quick Performance rearend, complete with Moser/Superior axles and large aftermarket disk brakes. Pauls Transmission built a 3.70 posi gear for it. Has Eibach springs and Koni adjustable shocks and struts. Had Fastshaft custom built a balanced chrome moly driveshaft that runs to a 700R4 trans with a stall converter, all built by Pauls Transmission. Motor is a 383 that came out of a 66 Nova pro street car. Unsure of the original builder. Had Spanel Engines pull the pan to confirm the parts, then dyno. It has stock rods and crank, Miloden oil pan, ATI balancer, World Product heads, Heartland Sharp full aluminum roller rockers, Edelbrock intake, and Spanel built Holley 4bbl carb. Some of the other engine accessories include: MSD 6AL ignition, KRC powersteering with remote reservoir, high torque mini starter, CSR electric water pump, CSR water neck, CSR distributer hold down, CSR fuel pump block off plate, billet aluminum valve covers, AFE one piece full washable air cleaner, Ron Davis Racing aluminum radiator, and JAZ overflow tank. It has full length headers with 3” dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Unless you strictly plan on going to the strip I would recommend changing the exhaust. If your cruising with it, it will drag on uneven streets. It has Weld Drag Lite aluminum wheels with BF Goodrich tires. Front tires are probably 90% and rears are around 50%. The interior is in pretty good shape with no cracks in the dash. Has a few cigarette burns on the seats but no tears. With seat covers the interior would be near perfect. I repainted all the panels and put new carpet in. Headliner is in excellent shape. I also added a Barry Grant steering wheel (has tilt column), B&M ratchet shifter, Kenwood cd player (used), expensive Pioneer speakers in the stock location, 5” recall tach with shiftlight, as well as oil pressure and water temp gauges. Has power windows and locks. Could use new window switches down the road as they are tempermental (like all these years) but do still work. Car also has t-tops. Also has a 4 fiberglass cowl induction hood. The only issues/things to finish: a new windshield (cracked) and the transmission kickdown or shifter needs adjusted. The only reason I’m selling this Camaro is because I’ve lost interest in street rods. I have tried to explain the car in detail the best I could. If you have any questions or want pictures of anything feel free to text or call 402 750 8462. Selling for $5,995 CASH FIRM!!! NO TRADES OR OFFERS!!! THATS LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I HAVE INVESTED!!! Thank you!
