Complete with box, manuals, cradle for charging and charger. 97% smooth with hairline scratches in the metal part near the screws due to daily usage but overall the unit is in perfect working condition, sleep/wake button is crisp, front screen is 100% smooth with no hairline scratches or dents, protected with clear screen guard. I will include the receipt from the store where I bought the unit for the 1 year warranty service for parts and services.
