Selling my mk2 golf 5 door gl project. Started life as a 1.8 8v gl but the head gasket went the clutch was on its way out so I decided to strip the car and make it a show car. It has the full rare light blue gl interior, including door cards, a black gti dash. I have a 20v turbo out of an a4 with ecu, loom box etc Just needs a sump and a drive shaft. Theres a scorpion stainless back box, coilovers just had new break master cylinder and bleed nipples just before it come off the road cost me 150 quid New wheel bearings all round. The shell is unreal how solid it is, slight ding on the drivers door and on the passenger wing, cant really notice them. None of the usual rot on the mk2 like around the wiper blank or petrol cap. Perfect project for someone over the winter, 98% of the car is there with loads of spares and 2 engines. Will come on baby g60 steelies. Honestly not too sure what its worth so Ill stick it up for £800ono the car overall owes me a lot more than that. Im also after a project thats on the road, I dont have the time to build this back to what it should be. So Im up for swaps for a cool project. Cars in Sunderland.
