Semantics is the branch of linguistics and logic concerned with meaning. What does God or the word God mean or mean to you? Terms or names like God, Source, Force, Faith, Spirit, including Yahweh, Allah (Arabic for God), etc are all basic references to the same or at least a very similar Ideology. Some use the term meditate” for what millions consider a form of prayer. New Thought lingo will use ego in the same sense that Fundamentalists use devil, demons or an expression of sin, sinfulness or error. The words arent exact, but in the same neighborhood and/or category with regard to language. Do you agree that the human search for meaning, being and existence has caused us to develop varying religions to support our fears of the unknown or unrecognized about who we are and why were here?
