At least once per quarter, on the last Friday of the third month the local church or ministry departments will plan and implement this outreach activity undergirded with corporate prayer and fasting as the Christian community find other means of engaging various persons in the community and work place with the gospel of the kingdom. Using the model of the Church in Antioch {Infancy}, the Church in Antioch {Prophecy} and the Church in Antioch{Maturity} we will examine the clearly observable driving forces of individual and corporate effectiveness of the lay witness, i.e. the witness of ordinary believers and professional ministries in impacting the community, the dynamic impact of visiting prophetic ministries to stir up the saints in discovering their callings, gifts, abilities and ministries as well as the needed support of the local church for overseas missions from antiquity with implications for the present century.
