Seminar on “Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW)” Virtual University of Pakistan organized a one day seminar on “Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW)” at Lawrence Road Office, Lahore. Dr. Junaid Sharif, Assistant Professor Islamic Studies and Mr. Abdul Qadoos Durrani, Lecturer Islamic Studies expressed their views on the character, personality and greatness of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH). Mr. Durrani paid glowing tributes to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) gave the world a model social setup and Muslims could adopt this setup just through acting upon the Sunnah. Dr. Junaid Sharif, Assistant Professor Islamic Studies in his address narrated that being Muslims we should be loyal to our work and colleagues. He added that one can become the best human being and bring reforms in the society only by following the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). All intellectuals expressed their views on the character, personality and greatness of Hazrat Mohammad (SAW). All participants spoke on “Seerat-un-Nabi” and presented Naats in praise of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The function concluded with collective prayers for the solidarity and progress of Pakistan and glory of Islam.
