Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R.83 (Omnibus). Please note, an agreement was not reached to have the CR votes Monday. Numerous procedural votes are expected tomorrow starting shortly after noon. The cloture vote on the CR will ripen on Sunday under the regular order. Leader Reid has indicated he may use the weekend opportunity and next week to process several controversial nominations. We will keep you posted on votes.
