Senator Billow Kerroh has today stated in the Sunday Standard that the Senate is totally irrelevant and idle. That is what William Ruto kept warning Kenyans about in 2010 during the referendum campaigns. Leading the No Camp, Ruto maintained that the Civil Society just wanted to create jobs and opportunities for themselves by creating useless commissions and layers that cost billions to taxpayers. Women Reps, Senators etc are just total waste of our money.
