Senator Ladoja Commiserate with Oyo state Police command Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja today paid a condolence visit to the Oyo state commissioner of police, at the state command Eleyele. The visit was to commiserate with the state command on the untimely demise of a police inspector who was killed last friday, at the All Progressive Congress (APC) rally held in Oke Ado, Ibadan south west local government area of oyo state. Senator Ladoja urged the police to investigate the root causes of the event so as to prevent future occurrences. Especially now that elections are around the corner. He prayed that God will grant the family of the dearly departed and the state command the fortitude to bear the loss. He also wished officers who are recuperating in the hospital as a result of serious injuries they sustained at the APC rally a speedy recovery. In his response the commissioner of police in Oyo state Shola shodipe thanked Senator ladoja for the visit and promised that political thugs will not have space to operate in oyo state particularly as the 2015 elections approaches. Senator Ladoja also was at Isale Osi, born photo and popoyemoja, to see the extent of damage that was inflicted on the residence of the area as well as his family house due to Sundays violence by thugs who are loyal to various groups within the APC. Senator Ladoja was warmly received by residents who thanked him for his show of love, he told them that security will be beefed up by the police who has promised to do so, he advise the people to trust the police and not result to self help
