Senator Marcos decided to forego his lunch break to listen to all the resource persons representing local governments, the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Bangsamoro youth, indigenous people, religious sector, the Office of the Presidential Peace Adviser (OPAPP), the Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC), and several other groups and institutions. Everyone with a position paper was given a few minutes to share their concerns.
