My holding company, Greenergy Holdings Inc., is a publicly listed company with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) that has been complying with the stringiest regulatory and disclosure requirements as audited by the top auditing firms in the country. To further set the record straight I never had any transactions or contracts with the Makati City Government.
