Senator Zwingina is talking from experience. There are very few grassroots mobilizers in the polity who are better than Zwingina. He knows the political terrain of Nigeria and only the ignorant will ignore Zwiginas analyses on Nigerias politics. Talking of APC in the Southwest, I agree totally with his submissions and permutations. I monitored the Local Govt election in Lagos not so long ago and it occurred to me that a lot of Lagosians are not happy with ACNs (now APC) performance especially as it concerns local government administration in the state. Were it not for the massive rigging by ACN, PDP would have won about half of the local government areas. It is a signal that the Southwest is not totally APC as some elements would want us to believe. There are legions of Southwesterners who are not in support of Tinubus grab-all, emperor kind of leadership and they are ready to express their feelings through the ballot come 2015.
