About the role Supreme Healthcare Services are looking for Senior Care Workers who will promote independence, choice, dignity and respect through the hands on care they deliver to our service users In addition to carrying out care visits, you will be assisting the Managers and the Team Leaders to maintain a high quality service. You will be involved in carrying out spot checks, supervisions and quality assurance visits. One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records of the job you do and build strong professional relationships with the service users, their families and our great team of care workers In addition to this, you will be part of our on call rota, playing a vital support role for our service every day. Who we’re looking for Applicants with an NVQ Level 3 in Care, or equivalent and relevant care experience, you will have a good understanding of the importance of people’s wellbeing and sound knowledge on excellent care practice.
