Senior Manager, Compensation Our client is a leading telecommunications company whos looking to hire a Senior Manager, Compensation. Job purpose: Contribute effectively to the development of new compensation and benefits strategies through creative input; combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the organization needs and future challenges.
