Senior Medical Planner needed urgently! Responsibilities: •Manage SCM Planning in a demanding ‘High-Mix Low-Volume’ MNC manufacturing setting (up to 4,000 active models and 30,000 SKUs). •Review material forecast and execute Supply Plan. •Monitor Production Plan by expediting delivery, following up on material shortages and handling quality issues. •Manage inventory control by adjusting orders, and monitor inventory performance to ensure that inventory targets are met. •Oversee production turnaround time by monitoring progress of finished goods and sub-components, and ensure that orders are completed within target turnaround. •Develop ramp-up plans for new products and coordinate Pilot Run schedule. •Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans. •Work closely with other departments to ensure that components are ready in time to meet orders. •Plan and purchase materials to ensure punctual and delivery of good quality materials within budget. Requirements: •Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields. •At least 4 years experience in production planning, purchasing and inventory management. •Background in established MNC manufacturing environment. •Proven track record in a rigorous environment. •Good experience in managing ERP systems and advance skills in using Excel spreadsheets. ***Singaporeans only.
