Senior Mobile Developer - Description: The senior level mobile app developer will drive the design, development, and maintenance of Android/iPhone/Other apps. The developer will work through the entire app life cycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the evolution and ongoing development of the mobile strategy. - Qualifications • 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer • iOS: o Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C o Familiar with iOS SDK o Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, Core Text and SQLite. • Android: o Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/J2ME) o Familiar with Android SDK o Familiar with Eclipse • Common: o Experience with Google maps API o Experience in leveraging smartphone hardware (camera, gyroscope, accelerometer, etc.) o Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web design o Experience with non-native and hybrid development tools (ex: PhoneGap) is a must o Knowledge of SQlite or similar database management system o Experience working with remote data via REST, JSON.
