Senior Performance Management Analyst/Evaluator at a leading IT company in Myanmar. Our Human Resource Teams Purpose: Maintains and enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Performance management is a process by which managers and employees work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives and overall contribution to the organization. More than just an annual performance review, performance management is the continuous process of setting objectives, assessing progress and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure that employees are meeting their objectives and career goals. Your Scope of Responsibilities: - To manage employees’ performance in each department - To do assessment of an employee, process, equipment or other factor to gauge progress toward predetermined goals - To retain and maintain the right employees at work - To assess performance evaluation at least twice a year (including self-performance evaluation and 360 performance appraisal) - To set required disciplines regarding performance management Requirements for all positions: - University degree and/or other professional qualifications (International Degree will be advantage) - Fluent in Myanmar and English; strong reading, writing and typing ability in both languages (ability to translate highly desirable) - Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet) - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with staff, managers/directors, high level and foreign clients, government officials - Highest level of professionalism and ability to exercise sensitivity and confidentiality in all situations The starting salary will be 700,000 Kyats along with other benefits.
