Senior Product Manager - Medical Imaging - Yokneam A growing and dynamic start-up company, introducing a revolutionary 3D medical imaging solution, is looking for a Senior Product Manager: Key Responsibilities: • Part of the core company marketing team, reporting to the CEO. • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to field implementation. • Gather, define and lead the product requirements process in great detail based on market/clinical inputs and company internal information. • Ensure product design reflects business objectives and market needs, working closely with the business, R&D, QA and other internal stakeholders. • Ongoing market, competitive and clinical research, supported by communication with leading clinicians and customers. • Create a distinctive product positioning. • Define and execute the product launch, including all related activities (promotion, field implementation, user training, etc.). • Participate in additional products definitions and management of company product roadmap. Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years of marketing/product management experience in a medical company - a must. • 3+ years of experience in a multi-disciplinary technology company - a must. • Profound knowledge of medical imaging applications. 3D Medical imaging - big advantage. • Familiarization with interventional cardiology and cardio-vascular applications. • Experience with conducting clinical trials. • Ability to travel abroad. • Proficient English. • Passionate, charismatic, independent and proven ability to lead marketing processes. Desired Qualifications: • Technical/engineering degree + MBA (an advantage). • Ability to manage relationships with leading physicians and to extract requirements via interfacing with customers. • Good business analysis skills. • Good understanding of clinical regulatory processes. • Experience working with UI/UX and QA/Clinical professionals. • Knowledge in project management and/or product management methodologies.
