Senior Program Manager, Pacific International Women’s Development Agency is the only Australian development organisation entirely focused on women’s rights and gender equality. IWDA is secular, not-for-profit and works in partnership to create positive change. IWDA is currently seeking applications for a Senior Program Manager, Pacific. This role will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to IWDA’s Program Managers who support program partners in Fiji, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. Whilst being accountable to a number of donors, this role will primarily manage the Funding Leadership and Opportunities for Women (FLOW) program, funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the We Rise and Solomon Island NGO Partnership Agreement (SINPA) funded by AusAID. This position requires an experienced senior manager of people and programs. Prior experience of leading multi-country, multi-donor programs is essential to success in this role. Applicants should have excellent inter-personal skills, an enabling and facilitative approach to leadership and a strong understanding of gender and development issues in the Pacific.
