Senior Project Delivery Manager BP European Business Service Centre Senior Project Delivery Manager munkatársat keres. In the Senior Project Delivery Manager role, you may have the following responsibilities: manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from aspiration through to Operations. During the project initiation phase the role will be required to work with a sense of urgency to drive outcomes that ultimately lead to the project being delivered on time, meeting business & technical requirements and within the agreed budget. Direct and manage project development and delivery from beginning to end Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop full-scale project plans and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals - secure location resources based on the specific skill and budget requirements and monitor (and adjust) throughout the project Review the work plans created across his or her area of responsibility. Validate schedule, dependencies, and resource utilisation across work plans Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Own management of stakeholder expectation alignment gaps and/or gaps in meeting client expectations Review the stakeholder expectations and management approach with the GBS Programme Director, where applicable Monitor and control the quality management process, manage expectations, conduct milestone reviews, manage process performance, conduct continuous improvement and causal analysis activities Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations Setup governance with the right members to ensure strong governance and escalation points Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team; analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path and make incisive interventions as required Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team - oversee the implementation of corrective actions and review current mitigation and resolution activities Make sure that cross-project and cross-team demands on stakeholder reviewers are balanced and reasonable Manage external / 3rd party vendors in conjunction with the work-streams – monitor overall performance of the vendor throughout the vendor’s relationship with that program, project or service In a SPDM role we have the following requirements: University or College Degree PMP trained or equivalent Project Management Lean or Six Sigma trained/equivalent Significant experience in Finance, Customer Service, Procurement or BPO type transitions Extensive Project Management experience – particularly in the context of Business Change (at least 5 years) Demonstrated Change Management and continuous improvement experience Experience managing multiple teams and capabilities to deliver complete complex project scope Vendor/Third Party management experience with proven track record managing multiple stakeholders effectively including vendors, third parties, and sub-contractors to achieve overall engagement goal Experience managing virtual teams across multiple geographies Experience managing delivery of business cases by monitoring costs and value delivered and intervening with corrective action when necessary to achieve commercial outcomes Significant experience building and maintaining high performing teams Deep understanding of Project Management Office processes Experience of working in fast-paced, high-demand, delivery oriented environments Demonstrable experience with project management tools and applications (e.g. Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel etc.).
