Senior Quality Assurance Manager Auditing and analyzing company operations, procedures and processes to determine if customer quality and performance expectations are being met and operations are efficient to achieve company key objectives. Interacts with contributors to identify best practices and perform various training initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: • Travel worldwide to company locations to perform operational audits involving systematic appraisal, analysis and verification of internal controls and prepare monthly reporting as required for management. • Help establish companywide operations metrics including KPIs, OTD, Customer Satisfaction and CPk. • Participate as a key member in directing initiatives, providing coaching and training to all GPC team members and associates. • Drive continuous improvements and training initiatives, company and partner wide in compliance with policies and practices. • Assist with review of all operational, procedural, and technological processes and provide senior management team with assessment of business risk, internal controls, and overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes. • Prepare monthly reporting as required for management. Background Profile • 4 year College Degree preferred (will consider strong related field work experience) • Have an extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (English primary, alternate languages a plus) • Strong problem- solving and decision making abilities, quick thinker, and detail oriented • Must have the ability to develop and recommend business process improvement / procedures • Professional appearance and demeanor • Automotive background / knowledge • Valid drivers license and good driving record • Must be able to obtain a valid Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) Capable of obtaining a U.S. Passport and travel as necessary (50%-80% if needed) This is an awesome opportunity with a new segment of an existing company with lots of growth potential.
