Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description Responsibilities: To be responsible for formulating tender strategies, developing cost planning, and project budgeting To handle pre-contract and post-contract stage, including but not less than tender analysis and bidding, valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement With pricing skill and practical experience in tender process Prepare cost estimate and tendering document Responsible for all tendering, tender query, tender analysis, interim payment, work measurement, cost control, V.O., contractual claim and final accounts Cost control on sub-contractors’ works/contracts Requirements: Bachelor Degree’s in Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveying or equivalent Min. 5 years fitting-out contractor experience Conversant in fit-out pricing Professional qualification and PC knowledge are advantageous Good command of spoken & written English Can join with team ASAP Applicant with better qualification and experience shall be considered for the post of Quantity Surveying Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
