ExecuTech Strategic Consulting is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer Configuration Management Developer. This position supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in its role to fulfill responsibilities as defined in Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 3741.01, National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) Configuration Management (CM). DISA is developing the overall implementation strategy, management and execution processes, and configuration management tools. The NLCC is a set of capabilities in a system of diverse component systems context. Reference: dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/pdf/374101p.pdf As a Senior Systems Engineer / Configuration Management Developer, you will be performing the following responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities: • The CM position will be an integral element of the DISA Joint Systems Engineering and Integration Office (JSEIO) Team conducting planning, analysis, designing, governance/execution/implementation, and monitor/control phases to produce a CM process and framework. • The position will support efforts to develop a CM program that ensures the NLCC can meet and maintain its capability architectural goals through system of systems capability synchronization. • Efforts will develop and/or mature an NLCC CM Management and Execution Plan, an NLCC CM Process, and an NLCC Information Repository/Enterprise Model. • Provide Subject Matter Expert level support to customer CM development efforts. Required Skills: • Demonstrated experience applying CM principles to analyze CM requirements and develop CM processes within a system of systems infrastructure context under modern architecture development, collaborative/capability services, and incremental acquisition development constructs. • Experience with NLCC infrastructure programs, (DOD 3741.01, or similar large, diverse capability infrastructure(s). • Familiarity with CM aspects of the Department of Defense (DOD) acquisition processes for systems, software, and hardware under the DOD Architecture Foundation (DODAF). • Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project. Desired Skills: • MS preferred or equivalent experience. • Must be agile and flexible Education and Years of Experience: Engineering /technical degree with 10 years’ experience.
