Senior Teamleader Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Nieuw For our project RCCL (Royal Caribbean Cruise Line) in Almere (near Amsterdam) we are looking for a Team Leader for our Inbound Sales & Service team. You are responsible for the operational activities of a new multilingual inbound sales & service project. With your enthusiasm and passion you coach and motivate employees and ensure their contribution to the (sales) objectives of the project. Requirements The team you lead consists of multilingual agents. It is expected of you to write and speak the English and German language. You need to be very communicative and possess sufficient numerical and analytical skills. For this position we are looking for a motivated team leader: •who has knowledge of the day-to-day business in a contact center •managerial experience in a similar role for at least three years •experience with Quality Monitoring is an advantage •you have work experience in the travel industry sector •knowledge of Amadeus or other GDS (Galileo, Worldspan). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 19:00, and Saturday 08:00 -16:30. Sunday closed. To prepare you for the job we will offer an extensive training which will take place between 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks.
