Desired Skills & Experience Desired Skills and Experiences We expect: You to understand that UX >> UI, Web Applications > Web Sites and Mobile Application != Web Application and are ready to make the leap towards the former A portfolio of your previous work to demonstrate high-quality designs, layouts and graphics for both web and mobile platforms that make for compelling user experiences Your previous work experience to include the full life-cycle of the user experience journey starting from strategic ideas through user flows, iterative designs and culminating in impactful final products You to be comfortable producing the full spectrum of artifacts from wire fames through feature lists, mock-ups and working prototypes In short, you should have demonstrated hands-on UI skills yet are ready for a UX leadership position in web and mobile applications. We will further love to hear from you if you also: Have a working knowledge of the Health Care Domain Have exposure to Cognitive Modelling for decision making and action selection Have experience in Agile Development process Are a team player with good communication skills and able to work with international colleagues to specify, design and develop leading edge enterprise solutions.
