Senior User Experience Web Designer Manthan Systems - Bengaluru Area, India Job Description Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups, development assets and prototypes. Develop and Maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns. Create and Test prototypes in order to validate the value and user experience of solutions or features. Work closely with cross-functional teams that include Engineers, Product Managers to create simple, easy to use UI. Architect and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders, receive and implement feedback. Develop and implement customer experience solutions, using testing and prototyping methodologies to analyze and validate content and design. Participate in concept development, design ideation and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing innovation, prototypes, demos and product. Desired Skills & Experience At least 5 years hands-on experience as a Designer of a UI/UX Team having traversed through the product development cycle, successfully launching web, mobile, and/or software applications. Must be proficient in Photoshop, Dream Weaver, Illustrator, Flash or similar graphics/user interface design software. Also must have a solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (X) HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Must have a strong understanding of Prototyping, visual design capabilities ( including composition), layout information hierarchy, typography and color. Ability to prototype in HTML, Java Script, CSS is plus. Should be able to translate business requirements into functional design and ensure seamless execution. Must be proficient in HTML, CSS2, CSS3 and Java Script and be knowledgeable of latest MS Office tools, version control (VSS, SVN etc.) Must be a self driven problem solver with proven success in solving and getting beyond complex challenges. Possess above average verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
