Identify and refine the design process for the team. 2. Develop style guides, design guides, and other material to promote client products through design. 3. Mentor designers and help get them to the next level. 4. Organize and lead design and code reviews. 5. Maintain open communication with other departments for design projects. 6. Interact with clients and other design firms about e-commerce best practices. 7. Understands that the design team needs to be profitable, manages/reviews billing with junior and intermediate roles. 8. Develop responsive websites and emails. 9. Be a Design Leader and gain respect in the community by speaking, blogging, and pushing out design that accomplishes business goals. Required Skills & Experience 1.
