Senseless Thoughts As I typed the title for this blog I could not overlook how powerful these two words can be in our lives. How many times have we allowed “Senseless Thoughts” to overwhelm our lives? For me it has been too many times I have contradicted, second guessed, and criticized my own thoughts and beliefs. I was once my biggest enemy. I doubted all of my thoughts at times because I did not love myself. A lot of us may find ourselves facing the same doubts and fears that I once had because of my “Senseless Thoughts”. I dedicate this blog to sharing what I have learned about getting rid of my “Senseless Thoughts”. When something goes wrong the first thing I would say is “Why Me” or anxiety would overwhelm me instantly. Today, I take a different approach when challenges arrive in my life. First, I learn how to continue to elevate while things are going great in my life. A lot of times we have a tendency to become content when we accomplish a series of great events. I believe it is necessary to build a self awareness of confidence, faith and persistence in order to deal with life circumstances on a daily basis. We also have to connect to some form of a spiritual source. I am not going to debate whose faith system is right or wrong, but I will state that we all need a “True Spiritual Connection”. With our minds having the capability to create about 60,000 thoughts a day we need to be very conscious about how we direct those thoughts. “Senseless thoughts” will slow down our overall progression from becoming a productive person or elevating to another level of success after accomplishing a few things in our lives. As we continue our journey of “Aggressively Demanding Change” I want us all to take moments in our lives to appreciate where we are now and to always sit in silence to reflect on our imperfections and what’s next on our success list. Let’s always be willing to share information and help others in any way we can. Re-directing our energy toward “Positive Things” will help overcome our “Senseless Thoughts” and focus on doing the things that are aligned with our souls and the Universe. After reading this blog take five minutes and just sit back, breathe, relax and release any “Senseless Thoughts” wandering around in your mind and replace them with organized action thoughts that will help you and others succeed.#ANTHONYTHOUGHTS
