Senseless vandalism, conducted by someone or some people with little or nothing between their ears, has taken out one of the most beautiful spots on Lake Seminole - Turkey Flight Overlook. At some point in time, around Wednesday evening, the fire was set deliberately. If you have any information regarding this crime, please report it to the Decatur County Sheriffs Office, 229-248-2105. In addition, the bathrooms at the former swim beach at the Booster Club area, as well as the bathrooms at the tennis courts, have been vandalized. At least 10 mailboxes have been vandalized on Booster Club Road and the bathrooms, at the Chattahoochee Youth Recreation Park, have met the same fate. The bathroom at the new concession stand near SHS Pirate field, at the Adam Tucker Wilson Memorial Park, was also hit, as well as the mens bathroom, down at Sneads Park on Lake Seminole. Quite the busy creatures; clueless and brainless, but busy. Enough is enough.
