Sent: I would like to pursue a charter challenge. Unfortunately I have no idea how to proceed. Is there someone there that would like to work with me? The subject matter is the best interest of the child in reference to the child and family services act and the united nations convention on the rights of the child. With a close look of the word best, this word is neither subjective nor objective. Thus a definition is not possible. Unfortunately, without a definition of this word, the legislative acts become unstable. Also, the word best as used in the child and family services act is described as paramount to the interests of the children. Thus if the most paramount aspect of the law is in question, then the entire law becomes devalued and perhaps rendered invalid. Some of the greatest minds in human history have struggled with the understanding of the definition of best, or good, or quality. These terms remain undefinable. Verily if the terms used are undefinable, canadian citizens will not receive just and fair treatment under the law. In fact, the interests of the children cannot be fairly administered in any judicial process. I verily believe that this idea lies at the heart of the troubles today with respect the the child protection industry. Accountability can not be achieved without a clear understand of what best means and without clearly defining it, we are forever slowed in our ability to move forward in securing whats best for our children. Either we need to change the word or replace it with another word. Changing the word would take such an epic leap forward in human understanding which I verily believe is not yet possible, or replace the word and rewrite the 62 areas of the child and family services act where that word appears. I am commencing a thesis entitled An existential anthropocentric perspective analysis of the Qualitative assembly of Best Interests I would like to commence a charter challenge.
