The event will be held at the Pasadena Fairgrounds Rodeo Area. Check-in and set-up starts at 7:00am and ends at 8:30am. Cooks meeting will be held at 8:45am. Entry fee is $30 for chili only, $20 for beans only, or $45 for both categories. Trophies and cash will be awarded to the first three places in each category. A Peoples Choice trophy will be awarded to the team with the most $1 votes from the public. Bring your family and friends out to enjoy a day of family fun from 11am to 6pm. The rodeo arena is transformed into a Kids Zone with Santa, Mrs. Clause, and their elves. There are also games, crafts, blow up jumps, rock wall, bungie jump. Let the kids ride Santas Train starting and returning to Santas Train Station located just outside the Kids Zone. Everything in the Kids Zone and the Santas Train ride is free for the kids. There will also be a vintage car show, 4x4 show and shine, VW car show, Motorcycle show, bike games, food vendors, merchandise vendors, live auction, door prizes, raffles. Live music will be provided by Mark May, Rick Lee, Chris Elliott, Different Beast, and Bekki & The Bad Boys. The Toy Run portion of the day begins at Walter Hall Park, Hwy 3 in League with the motorcycle only run to the Pasadena Fairgrounds. Registration begins at 8:30am and kick stands up is 10:30am. The run is a police escorted ride. Entrance to the motorcycle run and also the events at the Pasadena Fairgrounds is a $10 donation or a new, unwrapped toy. Kids under 12 are free.
