Sent from my iPhone Moller International and Freedom Motors January 2015 Newsletter To all newsletter subscribers From: Paul S. Moller Re: Update Skycar 900 Thorntail is under new management and reviewing its previous plan. The Skycar 900 will remain an important objective, however, it may also get involved is the Firefly volantor production. I will provide an update or press release when more information is available. Alife Automotive Contract Alife has given Freedom Motors a conditional order for one million engines to be delivered over the next four years. They have also provided up to $1 million in payment for the integrating our 150cc engine into their Charger motorcycle which we have completed and installing our 530cc engine into their upscale TUK-TUK (has air conditioning). Alife has also agreed to acquire 65% of engines produced during our first full production year. Regulation A offering for Freedom Motors The Reg A offering is to be submitted to the SEC within the next week. A further delay occurred when we decided to do a year-end financial statements rather than for the first quarter. This will provide more time before the next financial statements are required in case the SEC takes longer than expected to respond. Joint Venture in China We feel very positive about our ongoing effort to complete a joint venture in China to fund Skycar production. We continue to work with our same contact but are avoiding an agreement that includes money from the Chinese government which greatly complicates any joint venture. Skycar 400 model We have discontinued working with American Aerospace, who failed to deliver as promised. The good news is that we are working with a Chinese manufacturer that should allow us to offer a similar model for less than $1000 rather than $5500. Funding engine production While the Reg A offering will supply sufficient funds to undertake a beta engine production program, additional funds will be needed for full production. Freedom Motors has entered an EB5 funding program where a foreigner invests $500,000 in a US company in return for the opportunity to obtain a green card. The Alife agreement is a great help in attracting investors since most of the components for the scooter, aside from our engine, come from China. Obviously, it also helps that Alife’s conditional order along with its substantial firm order represent over $300 million in potential sales. Other Development We are working with the Homeland Secuirty on the use of our Firefly volantor as a border patrol vehicle and fire departments about its use as a rescue vehicle.
