Sent to the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino: I am absolutely livid with the treatment we have received while staying in the RV lot. We made sure and contacted the casino ahead of time with questions regarding the shuttle. My husband is disabled and I knew we would need it. Jody assured us that not only would the shuttle go to the RV park and pick us up, she told me that it could run us into Ocean Shores if needed. I knew this would be limited and assured her I would only use it if necessary. We also paid for the use of the pool and Jacuzzi. During this time we have been treated like second class citizens (while spending money here mind you). The valet staff has on several occasions refused to take my husband back to the RV park while taking others. I only used the shuttle into town when needed (five times I road my bike rather than bug them, twice in 60+ mile an hour wind). I had to talk to Melanie about this and showed her all of the correspondence between Jody and myself. They both assured me that the casino would honor what was told me. Last night I had to take the shuttle, I simply could not take my bike and my husband was in no condition to drive (he has severe muscular dystrophy that leaves him immobile on occasion). I was told we were abusing the casino. I asked to talk to the supervisor and the supervisor would not come out. Apparently he said I had to show the emails AGAIN and they were just protecting the valets. Fine. I did and finally one of the valets took me. I called a cab to get back, WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DO PER OUR CORRESPONDENCE. We decided to leave a day early rather than deal with this any more and I come down to use the pool WHICH I HAD PAID FOR and am locked out. I was going to have my husband come down one last time since, for him, the Jacuzzi is therapy but we are locked out of it. This is horrible business practices and I cannot believe how we have been treated. We spent money here EVERY day we were here and there is no excuse for the way we have been treated. Way to go Quinault Casino
