Sentences that customer will always say when they cant get what they want after trying very hard to get the customer service personnel to grant their request. -This is riduculous, you just have no compassion - Are you trying to start an argument with me? -You are so rude, can i have your name? -You are not helpful at all,can i have your name? - I will write a big complaint direct to your CEO, can i have your name? any many many many many more. Firstly, when we say no, it means no. Granting your request might cause us to lose our job. Secondly, if we were to give in to your request, we have to do the same for other customers. Thirdly, by taking our names it wont scare us. We are not afraid of any complains if we are upholding the company policy. Thats why we are more than willing to share our name with you. Fourth, threatening to write a complain straight to the CEO or anyone of the senior management will also not scare us. Most of the time, they will just forward it to the relevant dept to handle it because they cant be bothered about small trivial complains unless the reputation of the company is at stake. Fifth, we are more than willing to go the extra mile when customer talk to us nicely with respect. Even if we cant gv you what you want, we will still take the effort to find another alternative for that nice customer. Sixth, do not expect that you will spoil our day because majority of the customers are nice. So most of the time, we will just put that bad encounter aside like throwing a piece of toilet tissue down the toilet bowl. Lastly, the term customer is always right is fictional.
