Separation of Powers and Federalism in Nigeria,Federalism divided power between central government and States government thus Oyo State can make policies that only affect the residents in the State it cannot affect other State unless other States chooces to imply same policy this help prevent tyranny of the national government while the thirty six States shows the independence of each states but not and different from each other thereby equal under one constitution, in Nigeria democracy governance we do not have State Police,Driver License making States not idependent.
