Sept 13 - Baylee is adjusting very well to her new environment.... And we love having her!! She is such a happy little girl! This makes us extremely busy..... Still doing all the same things we did at the hospital and add the round the clock nursing care...... I think we may be ten times as busy ! Baylee is not eating as well.... Taking in less and less by mouth. She just doesnt want it. This is very hard to watch. It really makes you wonder how a little monkee with so much spirit and happiness could have failure to thrive. We no longer have daily weights so we wont know until Tuesday if shes still gaining. She takes most of her feeds through her feeding tube and is not throwing up as much...... But she gags and wretches a lot. Poor baby. Praying today for that much needed miracle for this precious baby. Today she is going to the zoo! We cant to take her to do something any normal kiddo would do! I am also praying for her momma to hang in there..... She is the strongest young woman and I am so proud to call her my daughter! Please continue to pray for Baylee..... She needs us now more than ever! Please donate if you can as our expenses are Much greater now that she is in our care while we wait for her forever heart.
